I think that your cousin must inform about the weapons he has the closest police station. Then they will advise him for everything.

Hello Lam! I’m not 100% sure but I think that nobody can sell real weapons in Sudan knowadays. Only in case your cousin has antique weapons, then he can sell it in a legal antique store.
